Order Cancellation

1. Cancellation Before Shipment

After 24 Hours: If you wish to cancel your order after 24 hours but before it has been shipped, we will charge a cancellation fee of 10% of the order value to cover processing and restocking costs.

2. Cancellation After Shipment

Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. You may, however, return the item(s) in accordance with our Return Policy.

Custom Orders

Custom orders (including but not limited to rugs made to your specifications) cannot be canceled once the production has begun. If you wish to cancel a custom order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days of the cancellation request being approved. The refund will be made to the original method of payment.
