These Billing Terms and Conditions govern the billing practices for all purchases made on Teppich Marokko.

By purchasing products from Teppich Marokko, you agree to these terms.

Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Bank Transfer (for wholesale and large orders)

Order Confirmation and Charges

  • When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email with the details of your purchase.
  • Your payment will be processed at the time of order confirmation.
  • All prices are listed in United States Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. The applicable exchange rate may apply based on your payment method and location.

Taxes and Duties

All prices listed on the website are exclusive of any applicable taxes, duties, or other governmental charges.

International customers are responsible for paying all import duties, taxes, or customs fees associated with the delivery of their products. Teppich Marokko is not responsible for these charges.

Shipping and Delivery Charges

  • Free Shipping for All Moroccan Rugs: We offer free shipping for all Moroccan rugs, regardless of destination.
  • Shipping Charges: For other products, shipping charges will be calculated at checkout based on destination and weight.
  • Delivery Charges: If applicable, delivery charges will be added to your order before payment.

Payment Security

We take payment security seriously and use SSL encryption to protect your payment information. Your payment details are handled securely by our payment service providers. We do not store credit card details.

Invoices

After your order is processed, you will receive an invoice with full details of your purchase, including items, quantities, price, shipping charges, and taxes (if applicable). Invoices are sent to the email address provided during checkout.

Refunds and Cancellations

  • Refunds are issued only for orders that are damaged or sent in error. We do not provide refunds for dissatisfaction with product size, color, or fit.
  • Cancellations may only be made within 24 hours of placing the order. After this period, cancellations cannot be accepted due to the handmade production process.
  • Refunds for eligible orders will be processed to the original payment method.
