These Billing Terms and Conditions govern all purchases made on TEPPICH MAROKKO. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.
1. Payment Methods

- PayPal
- Bank transfer (for wholesale or large orders)
2. Order Confirmation and Charges
- You will receive an order confirmation email after purchase.
- Payment is processed at the time of order confirmation.
- All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated.
- Currency conversion may apply depending on your payment method and location.
3. Taxes and Duties
Prices do not include import duties, VAT, or other governmental charges. International customers are responsible for any customs fees required by their country.
4. Shipping Charges
- Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination, product type, and order size.
- Some products may qualify for free shipping, which will be clearly indicated at checkout.

5. Payment Security
We use secure SSL encryption to protect your payment information. Payments are processed through trusted third-party providers, and we do not store full credit card details.
6. Invoices
After your order is processed, you will receive an invoice by email including full purchase details.
7. Refunds and Cancellations
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement. After this period, cancellations may not be possible if production has already started.
Refunds
Refunds are handled in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy .
- In-stock items may be returned within 21 days.
- Custom items are non-returnable unless defective or incorrect.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
