At TEPPICH MAROKKO, we provide fast, secure, and reliable shipping for our handmade Moroccan rugs. We partner with trusted carriers to deliver worldwide.
1. Shipping Methods
We ship orders using DHL or Aramex, depending on the best option available for your country.
- DHL: Approximately 4–6 business days after dispatch (most destinations).
- Aramex: Approximately 7–12 business days after dispatch (most destinations).
Carriers do not operate on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays (including holidays in Morocco).
2. Shipping Locations
We offer worldwide shipping. All rugs are shipped directly from Marrakech, Morocco.
Important: We cannot ship to countries or regions restricted by law, sanctions, or carrier limitations. If a destination is not serviceable, we will contact you and issue a full refund.
3. Shipping Timeframes
Order Processing
- In-stock products: Processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days.
- Custom-made products: Made to order. Production time varies by design complexity and will be shown on the product page.
Estimated Delivery
- DHL: Typically 4–7 business days after dispatch (most destinations).
- Aramex: Typically 7–12 business days after dispatch (most destinations).
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs clearance, remote delivery zones, weather, or local carrier delays.
4. Free Worldwide Shipping
We offer free worldwide shipping on Moroccan rugs shipped from Morocco. Free shipping is applied automatically at checkout.
Note: We do not charge shipping fees, but international orders may still be subject to customs duties or taxes imposed by your country (see Section 7).
5. Shipping Costs for Other Products
For products other than Moroccan rugs, shipping charges (if any) are calculated at checkout based on destination and weight.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, we will send a tracking number via email or WhatsApp so you can monitor delivery progress.
7. Customs Duties and Taxes
International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are determined by your local authorities.
8. Packaging
We carefully package all products to help ensure they arrive in excellent condition. We use secure and protective materials and choose eco-friendly options whenever possible.
9. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order is lost or arrives damaged, contact us immediately at contact@teppichmarokko.com and include your order number and clear photos (for damage).
We will assist you in resolving the issue and may offer a replacement or refund where applicable.
10. Returns Related to Shipping
Returns and refunds are handled according to our Return & Refund Policy . This includes rules for in-stock returns, custom-made items, and issues related to damaged or incorrect deliveries.
